Oliver Zenglein worked as an 1st AD for film after various internships and jobs in the theatre and film industry. A serious accident at work in 1996 confined him to his hospital bed for a year. During this time he founded Crew United with Vincent Lutz. He calls for more self-care and a new culture of togetherness in the film industry.
