The recent buzz around generative AI has sparked concerns about its impact on traditional filmmaking, all the way to the fear that "text to video" might soon replace it in general.
Cologne-based casting and selection system "Filmmakers Europe" (www.filmmakers.eu) is taking a different approach. Their in-house AI initiative developed for and with their partners (Casting Directors, Agents, and Actors) aims to enhance existing processes to make them more efficient to weather future changes.
Join us for a workshop showcasing how AI can support Casting Directors on a sample case. The proclaimed relevance and impact will be discussed with a selected panel and the audience.
