Seriencamp UG has been hosting the Seriencamp Festival and Seriencamp Conference, the largest audience and industry events for series, TV and streaming in Germany, since 2015. After eight editions in Munich, Seriencamp is moving to Cologne, where the next event will take place in June. Seriencamp works closely with the industry and has many well-known partners such as Disney+, Sky Deutschland, Amazon Prime Video and ZDF Studios.

Your Areas of Responsibility Include:

  • Support in the implementation of the festival and conference on-site
  • Collaboration in the preparation and execution of festival and conference sponsorships
  • Assistance to the Partnership Team in coordinating and implementing partner-specific activation measures and subprojects
  • Creation of reports for partners and our customers, including success monitoring
  • Preparation of presentations, marketing materials, and concepts for existing and future sponsorship partners
  • Development of sponsorship assets, activation guidelines, and toolkits for partners
  • Supportive and administrative tasks in the day-to-day operations of the sponsorship team

Dear Series Fans, Seriencamp is looking for YOU!

The SERIENCAMP FESTIVAL 2024 takes place for the second time in Cologne-Ehrenfeld. In its 10th edition, we will showcase the series highlights of tomorrow from June 6th to 8th at Cinenova. From June 5th to 7th, we also organize our CONFERENCE as a networking event for broadcasters, streamers, producers, and writers.

To provide all series enthusiasts with a unique festival experience, we need your support. To prepare for our festival and during the event from June 5, 2024, to June 8, 2024, we are looking for motivated Volunteers to assist us at the SERIENCAMP FESTIVAL and the CONFERENCE on-site at Cinenova and Herbrand’s in Ehrenfeld 💪

Why this is a great opportunity:

More information:

  • Ideally, you are available for all days, but we also appreciate your support for a shorter period. You should be available for at least 2 shifts of 6 hours each during the festival.

    - Accreditation, guest list, and visitor information
    - Audience assistance in the cinema halls
    - Bar & Catering
    - Support for the conference program
    - Assistance with the exhibition
    - Support & Runners in various areas of the festival

Period from Mon., June 3rd, to Sun., June 9th, 2024, with possible working hours between 8:30 AM and 11:00 PM.
