Your areas of responsibility include:

• Create and send targeted newsletters
• Generate posts and articles, as well as publish SEO-optimized blog posts
• Support in the conception and implementation of various marketing measures
• Management of our social media channels

What you bring:

• Some experience in the press, marketing, or similar activities is desirable
• Mastery of the basics of research
• Basic knowledge in using Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Team player, reliable, and flexible
• Very good knowledge of German and English (spoken and written)
• Ideally, proficiency in all MS Office applications (especially Word and Teams), Google Drive, newsletter tools, and (basic) knowledge of WordPress
• Availability for approximately three months and willingness to work full-time during the festival
• Ideally, an interest in the series and TV landscape and event implementation

• Support in the conception, planning, and execution of events before and during the festival
• Interface with trades, service providers, suppliers, and our partners
• Coordination with the event agency
• Administrative and organizational support for our management
• Assistance in research, briefing creation for proposals, commissioning, and supervision of service providers
• Coordination and supervision of volunteers

What you bring:

• Initial experience in the film, media, and/or event industry
• Mastery of the basics of research
• Team player, reliable, and flexible
• Very good knowledge of German and English (spoken and written)
• Ideally, proficiency in all MS Office applications (especially Word and Teams) and Google Drive
• Availability for approximately two months and willingness to work full-time during the festival
• Ideally, an interest in the series and TV landscape and event implementation

Dear Series Fans, Seriencamp is looking for YOU!

The SERIENCAMP FESTIVAL 2025 takes place for the second time in Cologne-Ehrenfeld. In its 10th edition, we will showcase the series highlights of tomorrow from June 9, 2026, to June 11, 2026 at Cinenova. From June 9, 2026 to June 11, 2026 we also organize our CONFERENCE as a networking event for broadcasters, streamers, producers, and writers.

To provide all series enthusiasts with a unique festival experience, we need your support. To prepare for our festival and during the event from June 8, 2026, to June 12, 2026, we are looking for motivated Volunteers to assist us at the SERIENCAMP FESTIVAL and the CONFERENCE on-site at Cinenova and Herbrand’s in Ehrenfeld 💪

Why this is a great opportunity:

More information:

• Ideally, you are available for all days, but we also appreciate your support for a shorter period. You should be available for at least 2 shifts of 6 hours each during the festival.
• Areas of involvement:
  - Guest Management
  - Stage Management
  - Accreditation, guest list, and visitor information
  - Audience assistance in the cinema halls
  - Bar & Catering
  - Support for the conference program
  - Assistance with the exhibition
  - Support & Runners in various areas of the festival

Period from June 8, 2026 to June 12, 2026 with possible working hours between 8:30 AM and 11:00 PM.
