Seriencamp UG has been hosting the Seriencamp Festival and Seriencamp Conference, the largest audience and industry events for series, TV and streaming in Germany, since 2015. After eight editions in Munich, Seriencamp is now in Cologne, where the next event will take place in June. Seriencamp works closely with the industry and has many well-known partners such as Disney+, Sky Deutschland, Amazon Prime Video and ZDF Studios.

YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY INCLUDE:

  • Research and contribution to program points
  • Acquisition of speakers and compilation of program points
  • Communication and organization of individual program points internally and externally
  • Coordination of guests and program points, including budget management

Do you want to work at the largest festival for series in Germany? We are looking for motivated interns, student assistants, and entry-level professionals in the field of sponsorship and sales.

Your Areas of Responsibility Include:

  • Support in the implementation of the festival and conference on-site
  • Collaboration in the preparation and execution of festival and conference sponsorships
  • Assistance to the Partnership Team in coordinating and implementing partner-specific activation measures and subprojects
  • Creation of reports for partners and our customers, including success monitoring
  • Preparation of presentations, marketing materials, and concepts for existing and future sponsorship partners
  • Development of sponsorship assets, activation guidelines, and toolkits for partners
  • Supportive and administrative tasks in the day-to-day operations of the sponsorship team

What You Bring:

  • Some experience in the field of sponsorship, marketing, or similar activities is desirable
  • Good organizational talent with a quick grasp of concepts
  • Structured and independent working style
  • Team player, reliable, and flexible
  • Very good knowledge of German and English (spoken and written)
  • Proficient in using all MS Office applications (especially Excel, Word, Teams), Google Drive, etc.
  • Availability for approximately six months and willingness to work full-time during the festival
  • Ideally, an interest in the series and TV landscape and event implementation
