ZDFneo
Managing Director ZDFneo & designated SVP International Fiction Co-Production and Acquisition

Head of ZDFneo and designated Head of ZDF's Main Editorial Department for International Fiction (effective 06/2024).

ZDFneo offers a versatile and diverse entertainment program that attracts a young audience between the ages of 25 and 49 to ZDF. To achieve this, ZDFneo’s content is cross-media, available on the ZDFmediathek, on social media, and on TV. Just as the age range of ZDFneo's target audience is broad, so too is the diverse programming tailored to them. The channel focuses on the pillars of fiction, show, and factual entertainment, collaborating with talented newcomers as well as well-known figures. ZDFneo is under the jurisdiction of the Program Director.

The Main Editorial Department for International Fiction is responsible for the acquisition and co-production of international feature films, series, and documentaries for the entire ZDF program family. Among its most prominent labels are the Sunday evening procedural crime formats, "Monday Cinema on ZDF," international Neo Originals, the "Made in Europe" and "Adrenaline" Monday cinema series, as well as the award-winning 3sat documentary film series "Ab 18!"

A special emphasis in the area of co-productions is placed on collaboration with international networks such as the European Alliance (FTV, RAI), New 8 (SVT, DR, YLE, RUV, NRK, VRT, NOP), as well as BBC and BBCS.
