Supported by the Film- und Medienstiftung Nrw and the state of North Rhine-Westphalia, we will be showing you top-class series from all over the world from June 3rd to 5th. Here's a sneak preview of two of our highlights:
Opening with the world premiere of "Hundertdreizehn"
The Seriencamp Festival 2025 will open with the world premiere of the Wdr production "Hundertdreizehn". In this sensational series Robert Stadlober, Anna Schudt, Armin Rohde and Max von der Groeben, among others, shed light on the dramatic consequences of a devastating bus accident. According to a study by the Federal Ministry of Transport, one hundred and thirteen people are directly affected when one person is killed in an accident. The German-Austrian co-production makes it clear that an accident means and can mean much more than the statistics of the Federal Ministry of Transport would have us believe. "Hundertdreizehn" was produced by Windlight Pictures and Satel Film.
World premiere - Softies
With the world premiere of the Rtl+ series Softies, we have another series highlight for you. This dramedy is all about feelings for beginners: It follows three men in their mid-twenties who are caught between performance pressure, self-doubt, and dishonorable one-night stands as they try to break old patterns and become modern men. Not so easy if you've never learned how to deal with your emotions, let alone talk about them. Damian Hardung, Samir Salim and Oskar Redfern take on the three main roles in the series produced by Ufa.
The best part: There will be a Q&A with the cast on location.
