Future Of Media Training
As the industry continues to evolve, so do the skills and ways of working it demands. This interactive and participatory session explores how training and professional development need to adapt to a landscape shaped by new technologies, shifting production models and changing creative processes.
What skills are becoming essential today and how can training keep pace with developments in areas such as AI, cross-media storytelling and international collaboration? How can learning become more practice-oriented and closely connected to real production environments?
At the same time, the discussion looks at how collaboration between industry and training initiatives can be strengthened – from hands-on formats and labs to new models of continuous learning. How can emerging talent be supported more effectively, and how can established professionals adapt to an environment where re-skilling and re-orientation are becoming part of everyday work?
With insights from Sinah Swyter (UFA Fiction), Dr. Kathrin Brunner and Oliver Czeslik (mYndstorm) as well as director Esther Gronenborn, the session brings together perspectives from industry, education and creative practice to discuss how media training can evolve to meet the challenges ahead.
