Jonathan Natzel

Shaped by production experience in Los Angeles, Bangkok, and London, the trained audio and video engineer started to lead digital transformation projects for broadcasters such as ZDF and rbb. In 2017, he co-founded WELTENMACHER, growing it into a provider of immersive learning applications and serious games. Following his exit in 2021, he advised startups and mid-sized companies on strategy, innovation, and change, while also teaching at TH Cologne. As Managing Director of MGZ NRW, Jonathan Natzel brings together creative, technological, and entrepreneurial perspectives. He now develops formats and initiatives that support entrepreneurial success in a rapidly evolving media landscape.
