Arne Nolting works as a writer, showrunner and creator. Together with his colleague Jan Martin Scharf, he has written numerous scripts for television and streaming series, including "Weinberg", "Red Band Society", "Tatort", "Rampensau" and "Barbarians". The series and films Arne has worked on have received several awards, including the German Television Award and the Grimme Award. "Barbarians” achieved a reach record for non-English-language Netflix series with its first season: a full 37 million households worldwide watched the action-packed story about the battle between Romans and Germanic tribes.
