Short formats, big impact: In the 2026 Short Form Competition, a diverse jury will once again decide which series wins over both audiences and the industry.
Max von der Groeben, an acclaimed actor known for the FACK JU GOETHE series and also active as a voice actor, radio play narrator, and audiobook narrator, brings his experience both in front of and behind the camera to the table. Joining him is Sophia Münster, a Bambi Award-winning actress and voice actress who became known to a wide audience through the Hanni & Nanni film series, among other projects. Rounding out the jury is Sonia Emamzadeh, a successful screenwriter with international experience who has worked on productions such as *Ici tout commence* and *Happiness* and has also developed content for Netflix.
Together, they will evaluate the year’s most creative and innovative short-form series and decide which format will be honored with the Short Form Award 2026.
