Fireside Chat with Anke Greifeneder

In the world of series, disruption means challenging the status quo. It means having the courage to do things differently and, in doing so, pushing the industry forward. For the third time, Seriencamp Conference, in alliance with DEADLINE, is presenting the German TV Disruptor Award to an outstanding figure who stands for exactly these qualities — someone whose excellence helps shape the industry and whose work breaks down boundaries: Anke Greifeneder.

Anke Greifeneder looks back on a long career as a producer of such diverse projects as THE VALLEY, 4 BLOCKS and ARTHUR’S LAW, and now oversees innovative original productions for HBO Max as Vice President Original Production GSA. She follows an illustrious line of previous recipients: in 2024, Annette Hess (THE INTERPRETER OF SILENCE, KU’DAMM) became the inaugural winner of the award, followed in 2025 by Philipp Käßbohrer, who made waves with, among other titles, HOW TO SELL DRUGS ONLINE (FAST).
