Neil Krishnan is the Head of Film / TV for Novel, the largest independent podcast company in the UK. He previously oversaw IP acquisitions for NBCUniversal's multiple TV studios and respective 200+ talent deals. Prior to (finally!) joining the creative side of Hollywood, he worked in business strategy at Netflix, Microsoft, and Bain & Co.
