Perhaps the future of agriculture lies in Brandenburg. With the Doris Dörrie inspired documentary on climate change and innovative land use, Disney+ presents yet another German Original.

After "Sam - Ein Sachse" it goes for Disney in terms of German originals but again in the East of the Republic, but the "Farm Rebellion" instead of a true story the "real" life in an agricultural environment threatened by climate change underlying. Based on an idea by Doris Dörrie, the filmmakers here venture to Brandenburg, where new ways of farming are to be tested on the "Gut&Bösel"- farm of Benedikt Bösel and his partner Tess Ward. They are supported by an international team of experts and local helpers who are all driven by the same idea: to leave a world worth living in for future generations. Under the umbrella concept of  "Beyond Farming", they are testing alternative concepts for this purpose that not only fascinate, but ideally also encourage generations to become part of a new agricultural revolution too.
