Producer

After completing a Magister Artium in Communication Studies and a degree in Media Studies, Sigi Kamml began his career in 1993 working as a producer, director, writer, and editor on a wide range of TV entertainment shows, commercials, live shows, as well as music and video productions.
He filmed in Los Angeles and gained international experience as a Producer’s Assistant at UFA International Film Production. Until 2007, he served as Managing Director and Producer at Nova Film. He subsequently worked as a producer for companies such as Wiedemann & Berg, TeamWorx, Producers at Work, and Burkert/Bareiß Development.
Since 2010, Kamml has been producing together with director Christian Alvart at Syrreal Entertainment GmbH. His recent projects include Euphoria, directed by Julian Rosefeldt, as well as both seasons of the mystery thriller series Oderbruch, directed by Christian Alvart and Adolfo J. Kolmerer.
Under Alvart’s direction, he also produced all three seasons of the disaster series Sløborn and the comedy series Ze Network, starring David Hasselhoff. His other productions include the feature film Freies Land, which was nominated in multiple
categories for the German Film Award 2020, the series Dogs of Berlin, created in cooperation with Netflix, and the thriller Don’t. Get. Out! (Steig. Nicht. Aus!), starring Wotan Wilke Möhring. With the film adaptation of Abgeschnitten, Kamml brought to the screen the bestselling thriller by Sebastian Fitzek and Michael Tsokos.
