Robert Henrysson is CEO of Supermassive Games, the BAFTA-winning British studio behind Until Dawn, The Dark Pictures Anthology and The Quarry — interactive horror narratives so cinematic they practically dare TV producers to claim the difference. Since taking the helm in 2024, he has rebuilt the studio's leadership, strategy and publishing portfolio, most recently launching Directive 8020, the latest Dark Pictures installment starring Lashana Lynch.

Robert's career spans three decades of building and scaling creative businesses across games, media and beyond — from founding Jadestone Group and selling it to NYSE-listed WMS, to tripling revenue at Avalanche Studios (Just Cause) as Chairman and interim CEO, to writing an award-winning book on Swedish gin. He is also a Partner at Nordisk Games, Nordisk Film's games investment arm.

At Seriencamp, he brings a games industry perspective to the questions TV professionals can no longer ignore: as interactive and linear storytelling converge, who leads — and who follows?
