Hans-Jørgen Osnes previously worked as Producer and Executive Producer of feature films and drama series for an independent production company, Motlys. In 2021 he joined NRK as Head of International Financing Drama. Osnes´ work strategically towards broadcaster and distributor’s and to finance for NRK´s drama productions. Finding strategies, and network to secure financing, so that NRK can create even more World Class Drama.
