Annika Cizek studied Theatre and Media Studies and English Literature in her hometown of Erlangen. Following stints in Middlesbrough, Dublin, and Munich, she arrived in Berlin in 2016. Her credits include SCHWESTER, SCHWESTER, BECK IS BACK, and FAKING HITLER, which was honored with the 2022 German Television Award for Best Drama Series. Her mystery series KALTSTART, produced for KiKA, was awarded the "White Elephant" in 2023. Her romance project FIND ME (Finde Mich (AT)) won the Seriencamp Writer’s Vision Pitch Award in 2024 and is currently in pre-production. Annika is a graduate of the Serial Eyes class of 2025.
