Alisha Hasan is a producer, strategist, and transmedia innovation advocate working at the intersection of film, television, gaming, and emerging storytelling formats. She is the Founder and Chief Innovation Officer of Helsinki Film Lab, a global platform that develops cross-industry education, curated matchmaking, and experimental programmes designed to unlock new pathways for creative IP.
Her initiatives include the Transmedia Game Jam Accelerator Programme, Film × Game Matchmaking, the Beyond Gaming Transmedia Summit with Pocket Gamer Connects, and the Film × Game × Book online matchmaking series, all focused on helping creators and studios explore how stories and worlds can evolve across formats and industries.
With more than 16 years of international experience across Finland, the UK, and Malta, Alisha has worked across production, marketing, licensing and branded content, including roles at TV5/Discovery, Yellow Film & TV, Red Bee Media, Kino Lorber, Game Lounge, and Gutsy Animations.
She is particularly interested in how rapid prototyping, cross-industry collaboration, and new development models can reshape the future of storytelling.
