Advisory Board 2018

SERIENCAMP’s ADVISORY BOARD consists of six esteemed industry professionals representing a diverse range of perspectives on the European and international production landscape. These experts lend their experience and know-how by selecting projects for SERIENCAMP CO-PRODUCTION SESSIONS.

Lisa Blumenberg studied Literature, Journalism and Psychology and received her PhD in 1993. Her career in film began as a story consultant for the Saarland division of the major public broadcaster ARD. In 1996, she joined Studio Hamburg Produktion as an Executive Producer. In 2007, she became a member of the managing board of Studio Hamburg Filmproduktion. Her critically acclaimed television films received numerous nominations and awards, e.g. VFF TV Producers Award for “Die Frau am Ende der Straße” (NDR) and  Grimme Preis, Bayerischer Fernsehpreis and German Comedy Preis amongst others for the adaptation of the bestselling novel “Neue Vahr Süd” (WDR/RB). Blumenberg is also active in den drama series genre. For the Berlin subsidiary REAL FILM Blumenberg produces the series “BLOCHIN” (ZDF). She is also initiator and lead producer of the international drama series BAD BANKS for Letterbox Filmproduktion.

Christian Fritzsche, Vice President Sales & Head of eOne Germany, manages the TV and SVOD business for Entertainment One in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. In his role he is responsible for the distribution of hit shows like The Walking Dead, Designated Survivor, Private Eyes and Cardinal. Prior to joining eOne, Christian worked for BBC Worldwide where he mainly built up the German scripted business. He also held various positions in production in Germany as well as the People’s Republic of China.

Founded in 1996, Point Prod specializes in audiovisual productions of all formats (features, documentaries, flux, magazines, TV, news). In 2005, the company created a development and production unit for features (television and cinema) led by Jean-Marc Fröhle. Point Prod has meanwhile become a major player in the field of feature development, production and co-production in Switzerland and Europe, in cooperation with Swiss and European broadcasters. Since 2011, Jean-Marc Fröhle developed and produced five successful original series. Last productions : "Anomalia" (2015) and "Banking district" (2017). "Winter Palace" is his next show in development. 

Responsible for all creative aspects of drama series production in Hungary by HBO Europe, Gabor Krigler’s main task is to maintain a diverse development slate with a view to produce one or two shows every year. He helped putting down the basics of local original production in the HBO Adria region. His latest show, season 3 of Golden Life, a high-end family saga/crime thriller, debuts in October in every HBO Europe country. Gabor is also Head of Studies of Midpoint TV Launch, an international idea-to-marketplace programme for television projects. 

Tatjana Samopjan is a Creative Development Consultant working on development of tv shows in Sweden and abroad. Previously she was the Head of Development at Palladium Fiction, a Stockholm-based production company. At Swedish Television she worked as a story editor and a coach to new writers. She grew up in Bosnia and Serbia. Her background is in linguistics, literature and interdisciplinary studies. She studied Scandinavian languages at University of Belgrade and she has a MA in Scandinavian literature from University of Helsinki. Combining her passion for tv-drama with experiences from diverse fields has equipped her with a fresh perspective on deep structure in serialised stories. Tatjana’s original lectures have been well-received all over Europe. They show unusual connections between life and drama in a way that makes storytellers realise both endless possibilities and serious responsibilities of their work.

Anke Stoll is one of the few TV executives who has worked across production, sales, acquisitions, development and co-productions across all genres. Previous experiences include producing for German based production group Multimedia, Acquisitions and Co-productions for pay-tv channel Premiere (Sky) Germany, heading up the German Speaking Markets for BBC Worldwide and Acquisitions, Development & Co-productions for Swedish owned distributor DRG. Anke joined the Israeli Broadcaster, Producer and Distributor Keshet International in 2016, dealing with Acquisitions, Development & Co-productions across Scripted and Factual.
