SquareOne Productions develops and produces feature films and series throughout Europe and North America, including EUER EHREN, starring Sebastian Koch, Paula Beer and Tobias Moretti for ARD, ORF and STARZ; UN HOMME D'HONNEUR for TF1 in co-production with Federation Entertainment; and the mafia story L'ORA for CanaleCinque and SKY in co-production with Indiana Productions in Italy.
Other recent productions include the Danish thriller series OXEN, based on the bestselling book series of the same name, in collaboration with SF Studios for TV2 Denmark and ZDF in Germany. The second season is currently in development. The second part of the adaptation of Austrian serial killer bestseller TOTENFRAU is currently shooting in co-production with MonaFilm, Barry Entertainment, Netflix and ORF.
Producer Al Munteanu is one of the founding architects and shareholders of the Vuelta Group. This group unites several independent companies across Europe under one creative umbrella, making it a fully integrated, pan-European media house in the field of film and series production. Munteanu has been a member of the International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences since 2023.
