Sinje Irslinger

Sinje Irslinger is a filmmaker and actress based in Berlin. She has been active in the German film industry for over 15 years and has appeared in more than 40 productions. Over the past five years, she has increasingly turned her attention to work behind the camera – as a production assistant, casting director and creative collaborator. As co-founder of Encourage Film Talents, she is committed to opening doors that all too often remain closed in the industry, and to creating space for new voices and genuine diversity in film.
