Patrick Paradon is a German-Thai writer and director based in Cologne. After several years working in TV and advertising, he completed a Master’s degree in Serial Storytelling at the ifs internationale filmschule köln, trained as a screenwriter at the Masterschool Drehbuch, and was part of the UFA Serienschule. His short film Die Geste won an award at the 99 Fire Films competition during the Berlinale. He also took part in the Talent Lab at the Reykjavik International Film Festival.
He’s currently developing a cringe comedy about a German superhero, a mockumentary comedy series about a chaotic coven of witches in Cologne-Mülheim, and a feature-length horror film set in the Tyrolean Alps.
