Lena Fischer

Lena Fischer is the Deputy Project Lead of the CreatiF Center, the innovation hub at the University of Television and Film Munich. Together with her team, she explores how film production can become smarter, more connected, and more collaborative - through new workflows, tools, and ideas. Lena‘s path has been shaped by interdisciplinarity: she studied Media Studies, Games Engineering, and Philosophy of Science and Technology, worked at Ravensburger Digital and Bayerischer Rundfunk, advised the games industry at FFF Bayern, and developed innovative support formats at Games/Bavaria. Alongside this, she organized Munich’s largest game jam and the talk series ExP. Today, she builds bridges between film, television, and games.
