Kristina Loebbert, born in Bonn, managed the office of Wueste Film West GmbH from 2004 to 2009 after various assistant jobs and professional training as a Fiction Producer/IHK at the Cologne Filmhaus. As a producer, she supervised the feature films Emma Bliss (director: Sven Taddicken), My friend from Faro (director: Nana Neul) and Tannoed (Bettina Oberli).
From 2009 to 2012, she teamed up with Janna Velber under the company Boogiefilm and produced Sabine Bernardi's feature film debut Romeos together with ZDF Kleines Fernsehspiel, which was screened in the Panorama at the Berlinale.
From 2012 to 2016 she returned to Wueste Film West GmbH and supervised the feature documentary Grenzbock (directed by Hendrik Loebbert), as well as the feature film Robbi & Tobis fantastic voyager, which was distributed by Studiocanal in 2016.
From 2016 on, she was heading the Cologne office of Pantaleon Films GmbH. In this time the feature film Vielmachglas, the feature film debut of Florian Ross, has been produced. Studiocanal brought the bestselling film adaptation Close to the horizon (director: Tim Trachte) to German cinemas in fall 2019. With Auerhaus (director: Neele Leana Vollmar), another bestseller adaptation produced by Kristina Loebbert was released in winter 2019.
Since 2022 Kristina has been working as a freelance producer having various projects in the pipeline, such as the series adaptation Love in case of emergency based on the bestselling novel of the same name by Daniela Krien with Emily Atef and Camille Cottin attached or the series adaptation of besteller Close to the horizon with Tim Trachte.
Since 2023 she is part of Bernd von Fehrn’s team at Warner Bros. International Television Production based in Cologne and followed into his footsteps as Director Fiction in November 2024.
