With over 20 years of experience at DR, TV 2, and Nordisk Film Production, she has built a career defined by artistic ambition, strategic leadership, and a genuine passion for storytelling that resonates with audiences.

Since taking the helm as CEO of Nordisk Film Production in 2022, Katrine has led a remarkable transformation of the company into an integrated Nordic powerhouse, achieving significant revenue growth and a return to profitability. Under her leadership, the company's portfolio spans Oscar-nominated arthouse cinema, local box office successes, and internationally acclaimed series. She is also at the forefront of technological innovation, pioneering LED-stage and virtual production, alongside the integration of AI across script development, production workflows, and the stewardship of Scandinavia's largest film archive.

As Head of Fiction at TV 2 Denmark from 2011 to 2022, Katrine built a vibrant fiction slates, establishing TV 2 as Denmark's foremost provider of homegrown and original drama. Before that, she was a producer at DR Drama from 2006 to 2011, where she was an integral part of the creative movement that brought Scandinavian drama to global recognition.
