Jakob Zimmermann has been working as a commissioning editor at Kleines Fernsehspiel since the beginning of 2021. Among other things, he supervised the miniseries FÜXE, the graduation film GERANIEN and the documentary series WTF IS JULE?!
Before becoming an editor, he worked as a reader for various ZDF editorial departments, as a freelance screenwriter and as head of conception at the video production company MYND.
Jakob Zimmermann is a graduate of the Drehbuch Werkstatt München. He studied theater, film and media studies and American studies in Frankfurt am Main and Prague.
