Elena Lyubarskaya is a Berlin-based writer, creator, and producer who builds narrative systems. She creates and writes for television—including Disney+’s *Pauline* (Grimme Prize nominee) and *City of Blood*, as well as ZDF’s *Frankfurter Files*—designs AI-driven narrative experiences, and teaches the structural craft underlying both. A graduate of the Serial Eyes program (DFFB Berlin, 2016) and a consultant trained at Midpoint, she has spent the past decade on both sides of the feedback process: receiving it as a writer and giving it as a producer and editor. Elena runs The Difference Machine—a production company that develops original IP and brings narrative systems and AI-assisted and hybrid productions to its partners in Germany and beyond.
