Anselm Kreuzer is a composer for film, television, and media with 25 years of experience.
He has created scores for TV series such as Küstenwache, Kripo Holstein, In Aller Freundschaft, and Die Rosenheim-Cops, as well as numerous title themes for TV shows and magazines including Weltreisen, Check Eins, Die Chefin, RBB UM6, and Sachsenspiegel.
He is also a renowned specialist in production music, with a large and internationally successful body of work. Seven years ago, he co-founded the production music library Music Sculptor, which focuses on music for TV coverage, entertainment, and social media and collaborates with 300 international composers.
Anselm has a passionate flair for emotional, narrative, and often catchy thematic music that blends seamlessly with visuals and storytelling. His work frequently transcends the boundaries between composition and sound design. Holding a PhD in musicology and having authored two monographs on film music, he has explored this field in both its historical and theoretical dimensions.
In addition, he is an active advocate for authors’ rights. He serves as the President of the German Composers Club and is a board member of the European Composer and Songwriter Alliance.
