Anna-Maria Böhm was born in Romania and raised in Germany. She’s a rare mix of engineer, actor, and screenwriter—with a love for science, comedy, and stories dripping with unresolved sexual tension.
Since 2018, she’s been the face of NetTips on YouTube, making sense of the internet for you. In 2023, she completed her Master’s in Serial Storytelling at the ifs internationale filmschule and joined the writers’ room of "WDR Science Cops". Since February 2024, she’s been writing (fittingly) happy endings for the long-running hospital drama "In aller Freundschaft – Die jungen Ärzte".
She has a soft spot for courage, joy, and blueberry cake—and somehow, they all make their way into her scripts. Her stories are fast, funny, and always hopeful. Because she believes that good stories can save the world — or at least make your day.
