Anna-Klara Carlsten

Anna-Klara Carlsten is a Stockholm-based producer and Head of the Nordics at Media Res, where she leads the company’s Nordic slate. In recent years, she has produced several critically acclaimed audience successes, often united by a strong vein of dark humor. Her credits include the Guldbagge Award–winning feature film Spring Uje Spring, Viaplay’s Thunder in My Heart, and TORE for Netflix. Her current projects include Summer of 1985, based on John Ajvide Lindqvist’s novel, set to premiere as Media Res’ first Nordic production in July 2026.
