Aida Begović

Aida Begović is an expert in diversity and anti-discrimination in film and works as a consultant and trainer with production companies, film funding institutions, and festivals. Since 2023, she has been supporting the seven German film schools as Diversity and Inclusion Strategy Coordinator within the Netflix-funded project “Boosting the Next Generation.” Her areas of expertise include racism, classism, and gender equity, topics she addresses in editorial teams, writers’ rooms, and workshops, as well as in her work as a certified on-set support professional.
