Your areas of responsibility include:

• Organizational support in the planning, organization and implementation of events in the area of guest management.
• Research, contacting and inquiries of guests
• Travel coordination of guests and creation of travelsheets
• Handling of guest inquiries via e-mail and telephone
• Interface between agencies, guests, hotel industry and the festival and conference team
• Support with guest management during the festival and the conference

What you bring:

• Previous experiences in the field of event management, guest management or comparable activities are desirable.
• You have good organizational skills, a rapid comprehension of things and are able to work independently
• You have a structured and independent way of working as well as a strategic and solution-oriented way of thinking
• You are a team player, reliable and flexible
• You have a distinctive service- and customer-oriented thinking
• You have a very good knowledge of German and English (written and spoken)
• You are confident in using all MS Office applications (especially Excel, Word, Teams), Google Drive, or similar

Dear Series Fans, Seriencamp is looking for YOU!

The SERIENCAMP FESTIVAL 2025 takes place for the second time in Cologne-Ehrenfeld. In its 10th edition, we will showcase the series highlights of tomorrow from June 9, 2026, to June 11, 2026 at Cinenova. From June 9, 2026 to June 11, 2026 we also organize our CONFERENCE as a networking event for broadcasters, streamers, producers, and writers.

To provide all series enthusiasts with a unique festival experience, we need your support. To prepare for our festival and during the event from June 8, 2026, to June 12, 2026, we are looking for motivated Volunteers to assist us at the SERIENCAMP FESTIVAL and the CONFERENCE on-site at Cinenova and Herbrand’s in Ehrenfeld 💪

More information:

• Ideally, you are available for all days, but we also appreciate your support for a shorter period. You should be available for at least 2 shifts of 6 hours each during the festival.
• Areas of involvement:
  - Guest Management
  - Stage Management
  - Accreditation, guest list, and visitor information
  - Audience assistance in the cinema halls
  - Bar & Catering
  - Support for the conference program
  - Assistance with the exhibition
  - Support & Runners in various areas of the festival

Period from June 8, 2026 to June 12, 2026 with possible working hours between 8:30 AM and 11:00 PM.
