With over 25 years of executive experience in the media & film industry, Irina founded Boxworks Media in 2017. There she advised Magenta TV on development & content strategy. As MD of Red Arrow Int. she led distribution & co-financing of highly acclaimed productions and served as Executive Producer for several int. co-productions.
